For Birth Control "I took Zarah for 3 years, never missed a pill and always took it right at 3pm every day. So it worked great. No weight gain. No painful cramps. A light flow during period week. But I rated this 5/10 because I did end up getting pregnant 3 1/2 years after I started taking Zarah. I didn’t take any medications around the time I conceived besides my BC Zarah. My doctor was shocked when my blood test came back positive. So beware, even the best birth control pills can fail and result in pregnancy. I will say though, it was the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I have a beautiful 1 year old to prove it."

For Birth Control "Overall no major side effects but I do think I've gained weight. I am very active -strength train 5 days/week & run 20km per week and eat quite healthy around 1500 calories/day and cannot shed this extra 10 lbs. I think it's the Zarah. As far as acne goes, I have mild acne & have not noticed an improvement."

For Birth Control "I’ve been taking Zarah since for around 2 Years & I’ve had mixed feelings. I began taking it because I had really bad acne and nothing I was doing was working. I started seeing results after around 5 months and after using it for 8 months- 1 year my skin completely cleared up. The real reason why I wanted to write this review was to educate others about a side effect I did not know was going to happen. While on this BC my breasts have gone from a 32C to a 32E and it has so badly affected my life. I am stopping the pill and actually getting a breast reduction because of it. I’m 5”8 and 115 with boobs that weigh 6 pounds. I loved this pill at first and I’m so happy about my skin, but before taking the pill please research! I hope this helps!"

For Birth Control "Omg I have been crying for no reason and angry for the last 2 weeks. Was thinking I may need some meds for depression then back tracked what changed 2 weeks ago and boom changed my birth control from Yasmin to Zarah. I decided to read reviews online & am I happy I did. I cannot wait until this month is over or I may consider stopping before the month end."

For Birth Control "So I starting taking Zarah after Ocella was giving me an bad discharge with an odor. At first I thought I loved Zarah. I recently changed insurance and I can no longer get Zarah. I've began taking a new pill which I cannot remember the name of but I have now realized how many PROBLEMS I actually had with Zarah. I've learned that Zarah was causing weird breakouts around my chin that were just hard painful bumps that never turned into actual zits. It was causing my breasts to lactate, by the way I am 21, have been on birth control since 15 and have never been pregnant. After reading another review I have noticed my sex drive go wayyy up as well. "
