For Rosacea "Never , never , never use this cream !!!!!! It doesn't help in any way !!!! I'm so angry and disappointed because my face is extremely red after this cream!!! I finished my 6 months accutane and went to my derm because I have little red blemishes from acne. He gave me samples of this cream. I applied it at night. In the morning my face was like snow. I haven't seen my face like that before, but closer to the evening my face turned bright red .!! Now it's the second day after this cream and my face is still red. I'm extremely disappointed in this cream !!!!! I want to sue the mircaso company !!!!!! How people can make such harmful products for face ???!!!"

For Rosacea "There should be a negative number rating for this product, since it literally made my issue far worse. I have rosacea and experience constant redness, sun-sensitivity, and long-lasting flushes. When initially applied, this product blanched my skin into a sort of blotchy-but-paler-than-usual state for about 12 hours....then all hell broke loose. I woke up in the night with the most intense rebound flushing imaginable. You could probably have used my face to smelt iron. I applied it once more, and then totally gave up. The discomfort was horrific, and to make matters worse, my poor skin was completely out of wack for about a week after; extra flushy, super sensitive, and generally awful. Seems like most people have a similar experience."

For Rosacea "I applied this cream as directed for four days before accidentally forgetting to apply it on the fifth day. By lunchtime of this day, my face had turned purple, with huge welts across my face. My face was also burning and stinging. I also had a thumping headache, stomach upset and ectopic heartbeats. It took me a few hours before I realised it was a rebound effect from the Mirvoso cream. I then searched reviews of this cream online and was horrified to find hundreds of people who had had the exact same experience as me. I was then terrified that my skin would not return to normal. I spent two further nights with sudocream all over my face while it burned throughout the day and night. Even a week later, my skin has not completely returned to normal. It is much redder and is still burning."

For Rosacea "First and last time I will use this rubbish stuff called Mirvaso. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. If you want your face to look like a pomodoro (or bright red tomato!) then please do use this, that's how bad a rash you'll get."

For Rosacea "I used this cream 3 months ago for persistent mild redness on one cheek. I used it only for 3 days and noticed it made no difference either way, so I decided to stop. That day I developed my first flush. It was all over my face even though I’d applied the cream to one cheek only. For 3 days after that I had constant severe burning, stinging and heat. A nurse said I had a bad chemical burn. Since then, my skin hasn’t been the same. I had never had heat or flushing before and I now have it nearly every evening for no identifiable reason, plus anytime I get hot, stressed or am out in the cold. It happens across both cheeks, nose, and sometimes forehead - it is very hot. I worry that my skin will deteriorate further since the flushing is now persistent and never existed before I used this. I regret my decision every day."

For Rosacea "I have rosacea on the bridge of my nose. The dermatologist prescribed Mirvaso, which I might add cost me $76.00 in regional Queensland. I was to use it for a week only. Not only did it not make one iota of difference but the rosacea is even redder. Not impressed with this expensive, ineffective product. Galderma really should review this product according to all the, mostly negative, reviews posted. And we're the ones that have actually bothered to post."

For Rosacea "I ordered Mirvaso from an online pharmacy thinking it would calm my facial redness in a healthy way, like many websites say. I put on a pea sized amount and within 15 minutes my redness had almost gone, I was very happy and hopeful until my face gradually got paler & started to feel unnatural. I then went online and read reviews on this website and saw the horror stories, I panicked and washed it off after 2 hours, my chest felt very tight and my arms and hands felt shivery, I didn’t know whether I was panicking or if it was the gel but I think it was a mixture of both. It’s the morning after now and my face is redder than it was before which I am really hoping will calm down soon. My advice is to not try Mirvaso at all, but also don’t panic after reading reviews, wash it off & don’t use it again"

For Rosacea "Mirvaso has really made a difference for me & I'm honestly shocked by the poor reviews. I have a history of terrible, lifelong acne. Even after using Accutane I still had a lot of redness. My current acne/rosacea meds: Oracea, Atralin cream in the PM, & in the AM Mirvaso for face & Onexton gel for acne around jawline. It might seem like a lot but it beats going on another round of Accutane or adding more pills. I have VERY sensitive skin, so when I first started using Mirvaso I only did a tiny drop MIXED IN with my daily face moisturizer. My derm did not tell me to do this---this was from reviews read online. I very gradually got my skin used to this and after 1 yr I still love it. I get minimal rebound redness but I do use it every day."

For Rosacea "I was given a sample by my dermatologist and decided to give Mirvaso a try for a couple of weeks before purchasing. After a week I noticed that my facial skin would start tingling, then turn bright red! It has now been 4 days since I discontinued using the product and fortunately the brightness is finally starting to fade back to where it was before I started using this product. The episodes of tingling skin have occured less and less frequently. Bummed that the product did not work!"

For Rosacea "I've had mild Rosacea for nearly 10 years. This is by far the best product to take the redness away, albeit temporarily. It is important that you use this product properly. Once a day and ideally at the same time every day. I use it in the mornings when I wake up and I combine it with Metrosa gel in the evenings. If not used in the right way back flushes of redness can occur but I have managed this by using both medications in a regimented manner. Metrosa on its own doesn't seem to do much but together with Mirvaso the pair work brilliantly."

For Rosacea "I have no idea how the FDA approved this cream. It LITERALLY BURNS AND BLISTERS YOUR FACE. I always make sure I read the side effects on medications and this one explicitly said there were "NO COMMON SIDE EFFECTS" only "RARE SIDE EFFECTS." The cream would work for maybe 5 hours tops before my entire face would start sweating and become increasingly red. At night I would lay in bed with an ice pack on my face because my skin left my sheets burning hot. After a couple weeks I woke up and my face felt scaley and had hundreds of tiny bumps which turned out to be blisters. I literally wanted my old rosacea face back because it looked and felt like I had stuck my face in the sun and shook it around with this medication. Avoid at all costs."

For Rosacea "It took me a long time before I had the courage to use this product. My Dr mentioned mirovosa to me. I wanted to find out more about it and began researching. After reading all of the horrible reviews I was very scared to even try this. But I was also tired of my red and makeup does not cover well. I was desperate and decided to give it a try. After the first couple of days I was amazed. Though I kept waiting for the bad to come. So far my face has done pretty good. The mirvosa takes away most of the red. For once my face looks like it used to before I had rosacea. The huge downfall is it only lasts for about 6 hours. I hope they can improve and make its effectiveness last a lot longer."

For Rosacea "Count me in with the regretters for not reading reviews before trying this gel! It worked wonders the first day. Then each day after that, the effects lasted less and less. I began to notice the rebound redness and heat within the first week. I chalked it up to me exposing myself to something, but as it got worse and worse, I decided I should consult Dr. Google and sure enough, I found others who were experiencing the same thing. I think the worst part is the hope I felt for the first time since being diagnosed with rosacea so many years ago has now been yanked away. I will stick to my hippie ways from now on! Thankfully I never paid for the prescription and only used the samples the dermatologist gave me....which are now in the trash!! DON’T USE THIS GEL!!!"

For Rosacea "Awful product! Was prescribed it by my dermatologist who said I had rosacae. Does remove all redness in less than 20 min but face starts flushing hard-core after 10 hours when product stops working. The whole time I used it I thought my rosacae had gotten worse and worse so I applied it daily instead of only iccasionally. Stopped the cream after one month to see what would happen, and in two days my face went back to normal and I don't even have rosacae anymore. Just a reaction to coffee. Bad doctor and bad drug. Stay away!"

For Rosacea "Im 49 and I've had severe rosacea since I was 17, nothing I've tried worked until I was prescribed Mirvaso a year ago. I am so happy this is the medicine that finally works! The only problem is my insurance carrier for some stupid reason considers this 'cosmetic' and won't cover it!"

For Rosacea "I only used Mirvaso once. I applied a pea size amount to my mild rosacea. It did not take long for the medicine to work, although it made the redness go away my skin was very pale and discolored looking. About 10 hours later I had a terrible flare up and my cheeks are more red than they have ever been. I do not recommend this product. It is a waste of money. My facial redness is worse from using this product and has not gone down since I used it."

For Rosacea "I didn't have the severe side effects that some people had with this medication, but I did have so many more papules than usual. It didn't burn when I applied it and it did reduce redness. I stuck with it for just over a week and then I couldn't stand how bumpy my face was so I stopped."

For Rosacea "I'm a 54 year old man that started having dermatitis upon return from a deployment to Iraq. After trying a variety of medications I was told that I have Rosacea. I tried Mirvaso on one side and it seemed to clear my face. After trying it for several days I noticed my face turning extremely red and itching. I cannot use this and am heading back to the dermatologist."

For Rosacea "I have Rosacea. A dermatologist that wasn't worth his weight in gold gave me this medicine to use. Before I did, I researched it and found terrible reviews. All In all, I figured my Dr knew what he was talking about and ignored everyone saying how bad it was. I put it on and my Rosacea went away then 40 min later it was so bad my face burnt and turned tomato red. I stopped using after 4 days and my face was permanently red for 5 days after using this product. I would have figured I was the only one with a bad reaction if other people didn't complain about it too. Please! Find another product to use!!! How many bad reviews does it need to steer you away?!!"

For Rosacea "I tried a tiny amount smaller than pea sized on my forehead and cheeks ONE TIME and had the worst rebound flushing for SEVERAL MONTHS. Finally after 14 MONTHS of not using the drug my face is getting back to the baseline pre-mirvaso. I would hate to see how much damage this drug could do over long term use if just one use wrecked my face for over a year. I would absolutely not recommend this for anyone, I'm actually surprised Galderma still even has this on the market."

For Rosacea "My doctor prescribed this medication for my type 1 rosacea redness. On day one, it worked really well and I was red-free for 12 hours. I did notice a slight stinging sensation, but nothing too bad. By day two, the stinging had resolved itself and I again had a red free face. My doctor told me to use a very small amount, spread thinly, and this seems to work well. This medication has given me my life back!"

For Rosacea "Like most of you I have a red face. Especially when I go from cold to hot, and when eating food. I decided that I wanted to fix it as it can be embarrassing to go flush red over lunch. So I turned to my doctor and he prescribed me Mirvaso gel. DO NOT EVER EVER TRY THIS. I'd give it a 0 if I could. Even the price of it is disturbing. It does what it says on day 1, my face went all white and I felt great. Day 2 I applied it as the instructions and after a couple of hours my face went into meltdown mode. I got rebound redness, and my face was redder then it has ever been for hours. I stopped the treatment straight away but for weeks after I was still feeling the effects. My face would go burnt red to a point I couldn't leave the house, it was my lowest point. Please do not buy this garbage, it's a scam. It does not work, people like us have sensitive skin and this stuff is so harsh it destroys it. I was going red in places it never went red before."

For Rosacea "After suffering from Rosacea for as long as I could remember I visited my doctor who gave me a sample pack of Mirvaso. As instructed applied it the following morning after my shower. I waited (as instructed) 5/10 minutes to then apply my moisturiser. I did the same for the next 3 days and was stunned and so impressed by the results! For the first time in years I wasn't red! Unfortunately on the fourth day I became bright red in my T-Zone and worse than I had ever been. I applied it again the next morning. My face was fantastic all day but by 5.00pm that night my whole face was redder than ever before. I was in a shop and the owner asked if I had high blood pressure (I don't) because I was so red! I have stopped using it"

For Rosacea "I have been recently diagnosed with Rosasea that makes my cheeks and under my eyes extremely HOT!!!!! I just began using the expensive Mirvaso. It helps sometimes, doesn't last for very long. I'm in terrible discomfort. I'm still in hopes Mirvaso will soon help with my horrible burning sensation that makes life difficult, as a fan on my face constantly is my relief. I'm still going to give it time. Also praying. Please respond if anyone has had the HOT burning sensation."
