"The radiologist for my spine surgeon said that Pamprin (or its generic) was the only thing that gave him lasting relief from collapsed cervical spine pain. I have both that and sciatica from stenosed lumbar vertebrae. It has given me better relief than opioids w/ no side effects, for over 2 years. My sister has similar issues and it worked better for her than plain Tylenol or any other pain relievers. We take 2 tablets AM and sometimes 1 before bed."

Menstrual Relief (acetaminophen / caffeine / pyrilamine) for Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder "Menstrual Relief Does help with PMS and menstrual symptoms but the surprising relief is for migraine headaches. There are times when Excedrin Migraine didn't help but this little guy did. I keep this in my arsenal for just in case."
