Menstrual Relief (acetaminophen / caffeine / pyrilamine) "Menstrual Relief Does help with PMS and menstrual symptoms but the surprising relief is for migraine headaches. There are times when Excedrin Migraine didn't help but this little guy did. I keep this in my arsenal for just in case."
