PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Chlorhexidine Scrub exhibits a broad range of antimicrobial activity. Chlorhexidine Scrub is a mild scrub containing Chlorhexidine Gluconate that exhibits bactericidal activity against a wide range of micro-organisms.

Directions For Use

Wet hands with water. Pour approximately 5 mL of Chlorhexidine Scrub in palm of hand. Add enough water to make a lather. Lather thoroughly. Rinse thoroughly under running water.

CONTENTS: USP Purified Water, Alkyl Dimethylamine Oxide, Chlorhexidine Gluconate, Polyoxyethylene-6-Cocoamide, Octylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol, Glycerin, Polyethylene Glycol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, fragrance and FDC Blue #1.

Avoid contact of this product with eyes and mucous membranes. If this product inadvertently comes in contact with eyes, immediately flush with cool water for 15 minutes and contact a physician.
