Bleeding After Menopause

Since you don't have a vaginal discharge, infection is less likely. Disorders that can cause vaginal bleeding after menopause without discharge include abnormal tissue growth that may or not be cancer, such as endometrial hyperplasia or polyp; or endometrial, vaginal or cervical cancer or pre-cancerous changes.
