Birth Control (Contraception) for Women
Since you have a higher than average risk of side effects related to hormonal contraception, you should use a second barrier method with the male condom.
Male condoms can be combined with any barrier method except the female condom. Male condoms should not be used at the same time with female condoms because their surfaces will rub and cause each other to slip out of position or completely slip off.
Second barrier methods that you can use include a diaphragm, cervical cap, sponges and spermicides.
