Email Support

Instructions for popular email service providers:

Apple Mail (iPhone/iPad/Mac)

On iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Contacts app (or Phone app and tap the Contacts tab).
  2. Tap the + button in the top-right corner.
  3. Enter newsletters@drugs.com in the email field.
  4. Tap "Done" to save the contact.

On Mac:

  1. Open the Apple Mail app.
  2. Click "Window" in the menu bar, then select "Contacts" (or press Command + 2).
  3. Click the + button in the bottom-left corner.
  4. Select "New Contact".
  5. Enter newsletters@drugs.com in the email field.
  6. Click "Done" to save the contact.

Repeat these instructions for helpdesk@drugs.com.

Gmail

  1. Sign in to your Gmail account and click the square-like Google Apps icon (9 dots) in the top-right corner of your Gmail inbox.
  2. Click "Contacts" in the dropdown list, this will open the Gmail contact list page in a new tab.
  3. Click the "Create Contact" button and add newsletters@drugs.com into the email field.
  4. Click "Save" to save the contact.

Repeat these instructions for helpdesk@drugs.com.

Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail

  1. Sign in to Outlook.com (this works for both Outlook and Hotmail accounts).
  2. Click the "People" icon in the app launcher (the grid icon in the top-left corner).
  3. Click "New Contact" in the top toolbar.
  4. Add newsletters@drugs.com into the email field.
  5. Click "Create" to save the contact.

Repeat these instructions for helpdesk@drugs.com.

Yahoo!

  1. Click the "Contacts" icon in the sidebar of your Yahoo Mail.
  2. Click the "Add new contact" button (+ icon).
  3. Add newsletters@drugs.com to the email field.
  4. Click "Save" to save the contact.
