    • Alvogen did not provide a reason for the shortage.
    • Amneal did not provide a reason for the shortage. The company discontinued oxycodone 30 mg tablets in 500-count bottles in January 2024.
    • Camber discontinued oxycodone immediate-release tablets.
    • KVK-Tech has oxycodone immediate-release tablets available.
    • Major has oxycodone immediate-release tablets available.
    • Mallinckrodt refuses to provide availability information.
    • Rhodes did not provide a reason for the shortage.

Estimated Resupply Dates

    • Alvogen has all oxycodone immediate-release tablets on intermittent back order and the company is releasing supplies as they become available.
    • Amneal has oxycodone 5 mg tablets in 500 count bottles on back order and the company cannot estimate a release date.
    • Rhodes has oxycodone 10 mg tablets in 100 count unit-dose packages on back order and the company estimates a release date in mid-April 2025.
