- Fresenius Kabi has leucovorin 500 mg vials are on back order and the company estimates a release date of mid-December 2024. The 10 mg/mL 10 mL and 50 mL vials are on back order and the company estimates a release date of of mid-March 2025 for the 10 mL vials and mid-February 2025 for the 50 mL vials.
- Hikma has leucovorin 350 mg vials on allocation. There are short-dated 50 mg vials available with an expiration date of October 2025.
- Sagent has leucovorin 100 mg vials on a limited allocation. The 200 mg vials are on back order and the company estimates a release date of December 2024. The 500 mg vials are on back order and the company cannot estimate a release date.
