Reason for the Shortage
    • In January 2014, Merck recalled all Liptruzet lots from wholesalers due to packaging defects in the outer laminate foil pouches.
    • Merck discontinued Liptruzet in June 2016.

Estimated Resupply Dates

    • Merck discontinued all Liptruzet presentations in June 2015.
