Reason for the Shortage
    • Amphastar has 50% dextrose injection on allocation due to increased demand.
    • Pfizer has 50% dextrose injection on shortage due to manufacturing delays.

Estimated Resupply Dates

    • Pfizer has 50% dextrose 50 mL LifeShield syringes on back order and the company estimates a release date of 2nd quarter 2019. The 50% dextrose 50 mL Ansyr syringes are on back order and the company estimates a release date of January 2019. The 50% dextrose 50 mL vials are on back order and the company estimates a release date of February 2019.
    • Amphastar has 50% dextrose 50 mL Luer-Jet syringes on allocation with regular releases.
