Using medications like pembrolizumab together with pomalidomide and dexamethasone for the treatment of multiple myeloma may increase the risk of serious and life-threatening side effects as well as death compared to pomalidomide and dexamethasone alone. This finding is based on results from two investigational studies. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns.
