If you have received omadacycline within the last 14 days, you should talk to your doctor before receiving collagenase clostridium histolyticum. Using these medications together or within a short time of each other might theoretically reduce the effects of collagenase clostridium histolyticum. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

Do not take iron supplements, multivitamins, calcium supplements, or antacids within 4 hours before or after taking omadacycline. These products can make omadacycline less effective in treating your infection. Omadacycline should be taken at least 2 hours before (4 hours for dairy products) or 4 hours after meals. Dairy products can make it harder for your body to absorb the medication.
