Depending on the dose, esomeprazole may interfere with the absorption of velpatasvir and reduce its effectiveness. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions or concerns. Your doctor may be able to prescribe alternatives that do not interact, or you may need a dose adjustment of esomeprazole to safely use both medications. You should take velpatasvir with food and at least 4 hours before the dose of esomeprazole. Contact your doctor if your symptoms worsen or your condition changes. Velpatasvir may increase the blood levels of voxilaprevir in some patients. The safety of high levels of voxilaprevir has not been established. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. Your doctor may be able to prescribe alternatives that do not interact, or you may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring to safely use both medications. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

esomeprazole food
Applies to: esomeprazole
Food may interfere with the absorption of esomeprazole. Esomeprazole should be taken at least one hour before meals and at the same time every day. When esomeprazole is given to patients receiving continuous enteral nutrition (tube feedings), the tube feeding should be interrupted for at least 1 hour before and 1 hour after the dose of esomeprazole. This will make it easier for your body to absorb the medication. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
voxilaprevir food
Applies to: sofosbuvir / velpatasvir / voxilaprevir
Food may help the absorption of voxilaprevir. You should take this medication with food as directed.
