Danazol may increase the blood levels of cobimetinib. In some cases, this may increase the risk and/or severity of side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, mouth sores, bleeding, heart problems (e.G., heart failure), rash, photosensitivity (i.E., increased sensitivity to sunlight), eye problems, liver injury, and muscle damage.
