Interactions between your drugs
mephobarbital valsartan
Applies to: mephobarbital and Byvalson (nebivolol / valsartan)
Valsartan and mephobarbital may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate. These side effects are most likely to be seen at the beginning of treatment, following a dose increase, or when treatment is restarted after an interruption. Let your doctor know if you develop these symptoms and they do not go away after a few days or they become troublesome. Avoid driving or operating hazardous machinery until you know how the medications affect you, and use caution when getting up from a sitting or lying position. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
mephobarbital nebivolol
Applies to: mephobarbital and Byvalson (nebivolol / valsartan)
Using mephobarbital together with a nebivolol may make mephobarbital less effective. Talk to your doctor before using these medications together. You may need a dose adjustment or special tests to safely take both medications together. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
valsartan nebivolol
Applies to: Byvalson (nebivolol / valsartan) and Byvalson (nebivolol / valsartan)
If you are receiving valsartan and nebivolol together with a medication called an ACE inhibitor, you should talk to your doctor to make sure this treatment is appropriate for your condition. When used in the treatment of heart failure, this three drug combination has been associated with increased side effects and an increased rate of death. The reason for this is not clear. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
Drug and food interactions

It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

Applies to: Byvalson (nebivolol / valsartan)
If you are taking valsartan you should avoid potassium-containing salt substitutes or over-the-counter potassium supplements without first talking to your doctor. Call your doctor at once if you have any of these symptoms.
