Amphotericin B lipid complex can affect kidney function and may increase the blood levels and effects of oxaliplatin when used together. You may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring by your doctor to safely use both medications. Contact your doctor if you experience severe nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, fever, chills, body aches, flu-like symptoms, easy bruising or bleeding, mouth ulcers or sores, and/or numbness, burning or tingling in your hands and feet.
