Grapefruit juice may increase the blood levels and effects of certain medications such as cobimetinib. AmLODIPine and ethanol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.
