Drug Interactions between amikacin and celecoxib / tramadol

Amikacin can sometimes cause kidney damage, and using it with celecoxib may increase that risk, particularly if the latter is used chronically for prolonged periods. Celecoxib may increase the blood levels and effects of traMADol. If your doctor does prescribe these medications together, you may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring by your doctor to safely use both medications.
