For Phenylketonuria "I never ever thought I could keep my levels down. I've been off diet for around 15 yrs and struggled to keep my levels low. When I first did my level before I started it was 27.3....I was on palynziq until I got up to the 10 mil and then my level was 18.7. I got up to the 20 and my level was.....0.5!! Never in my life have I had a level that low."
