For Herbal Supplementation "When I was a child my pharmacist gave me myrrh to dab on canker sores and it healed them quickly. Currently I have had difficulty treating a gum sore related to hypothyroidism/ Hashimotos. I started using myrrh on it and it has slowly gone away. Nothing else helped ."

For Herbal Supplementation "I use powdered myrrh in My mouth to reduce problems from allergic inflammation. Sores heal fast when teeth have punctured swollen areas. I buy brand name quality capsules of myrrh gum powder. Empty one in the mouth and let the powder dissolve in the saliva. Very effective. P.S. Taking the capsules as a supplement seems to improve lung function even with allergies and sensitivities that usually mess with My lungs."
