"Caused depression the two times that I have taken it (to help with insomnia). Also seemed to stop me producing serotonin/melatonin after a couple of days, so no good for me."

"I have tried magnolia bark extract powder, it is REALLY hard on the stomach and made me feel ill. It really burns. I tried sublingual, it burned a bit, but WAS relaxing. I didn't swallow it. Then I tried honokiol a few times, it made me feel fatigued and depressed, and the last time, it gave me heart palpitations for several days. Reviews on Amazon are mostly positive, but it sure was bad for me."
