I have been taking mesalamine for about 6 months for uc. I seem to have caught a flu bug but I don't know what kind of flu medicine I can take with the mesalamine. Any ideas?

Was taking asacol and when I got a refill, I received the apriso. Was taking Asacol- 4 tablets 3x a day Now new to me Apriso-4 capsules 1x a day Is the same amount of mesalamine in each dose? How does it compare?
