It just started happening in the last week or so, I have to cough and its a dry cough and my mouth gets really dry and kind of sticks to my gums. I started Lotemax ointment several days ago for a eye infection, could this be the cause? I'm not dehydrated.

Can I use lotemax in the ear? I know you can use other eye drops for the ear.I need something for my ear and cannot find it now.I have slight inflammation in my ear and in the past I have been prescribed eye drops for my ear, I don't know if Lotemax is one that is for ear too.
