My doctor reported that I have low blood sodium?

Hyponatremia. He doesn't seem concerned and has not asked me to come back into the office for further testing. I am wondering if I should be concerned and make an appointment? I was tested for thyroid problems and do not have any. The past year I have felt rather sick and had blurry vision.

Any general advice for heart patients with sudden Hyponatremia?

I am just wondering as I am being diagnosed with chronic low sodium and I would say that within the last 2 1/2 years have developed bad motion sickness but not all the time and am wondering if it just symptoms coming and going.
