I have diabetes and had a severe case of jock itch which was treated by anti-fungal cream. But recently, I notice redness and itchy rash return in my groin area. Can my diabetes cause my recurrent jock itch? What should I do now? Should I try oral medication, cream or anything else? Please, help me!

I've used fluocinonide 0.05 for years. Now my HMO allowed triamcinolone acetonide. I have constant itchy skin eruptions, scalp itch and brittle hair with hair loss. Is triamcinolone going to address these issues?
