He has Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, his neurologist said it would help with his agitation, but his agitation has actually increased. But the neurologist said to give it 4 weeks to see full effect. Should I call now or wait? Should I be worried?
Is it better to apply the patch to the shoulder bone area than to the area below the shoulder blade?

I think that I have observed that my spouse, who takes the exelon patch, is better controlled/behaved when the patch is applied to the bony area of the upper back than to the more fatty area lower on the back.

... terrible side effects, terrible depression so we have stopped the drug and wonder if that is the right thing to do. She was being sick and feeling nauseous appetite gone and has lost a lot of weight. Also dementia signs seem to have increased dramatically.
