Once I have used the nonpreservative tears my eyelids will start burning about thirty minutes later. If I use the tears again it is the same the burning will stop and thirty minutes later it starts again. It seems like once i do give in to using the drops at the end of the day it makes my dry eyes ...

... Is it better now... I have prisims in my glasses, have had them changed several times, I have double vision and use artificial tears several times a day for dry eye. nothing seems to help. can anyone give me some input?
