Ferrous Sulfate - please help me with my iron problem?

Every time I take or eat anything with iron I am constipated for 2 weeks or more depending on the dose of iron I intake. I live on coffee daily just so I can have a bowel movement or else I won't cause i can't have a bowel on my own.
Does anyone know if Feraheme contains any dyes?

I have a patient that is allergic to different dyes but I haven't been able to find any information about any dyes being in it or used to mix it.
