Microbial supplement for ruminants. Provides high levels of microorganisms, including rumen / intestinal origin bacteria, live yeast, digestive enzymes and yeast cell walls.

Contains a source of live (viable) naturally occurring microorganisms.

GUARANTEED ANALYSIS: (minimum per pound)

Amylase (Aspergillus oryzae, Aspergillus niger): 320,000 units (One unit is amount of enzyme hydrolyzing 5.26 mg of starch per hour at 40° C and pH 5.0 under conditions of assay.)

Cellulase (Trichoderma longibrachiatum, Aspergillus oryzae, Aspergillus niger): 64,000 units (One unit is the amount of enzyme producing a relative fluidity change of 1 of carboxymethyl cellulose substrate per 5 minutes at 40° C and pH 4.5 under conditions of the assay.)

B glucanase (Trichoderma longibrachiatum): 20,000 units (One unit is amount of enzyme producing 1 nmol of reducing sugars as glucose per second at 50° C and pH 4.8 under conditions of assay.)

Hemicellulase (Paenibacillus lentus): 160,000 units (One unit is the amount of enzyme producing 0.72 mcg of reducing sugars as mannose from a mannose-containing substrate per minute at 104° F and pH 7.0 under conditions of the assay.)

Lipase (Aspergillus oryzae): 4,800 units (One unit is the amount of enzyme that releases 1 micromole of fatty acids per minute at 37° C and pH 7.0 under conditions of the assay.)

Xylanase (Trichoderma longibrachiatum): 80,000 units (One unit is the amount of enzyme producing 1 nmol of reducing sugars as xylose per second at 50° C and pH 5.3 under conditions of the assay.)

Protease (Aspergillus oryzae, Aspergillus niger): 160,000 units (One unit is the amount of enzyme hydrolyzing 1 mcg of hemoglobin as tyrosine per minute at 40° C and pH 4.7 under conditions of the assay.)

Directions

Recommended Uses:

Feed to all ruminants such as high producing dairy cows, dry and transition cows, incoming feedlot steers, calves, lactating goats and sheep, during ration changes, pre- and post- partum. Especially useful for rations containing lower quality forages or high in soluble carbohydrates.

Top dress, mix in grain, soft feeds or total ration at following rates per head daily:

Dairy Cattle:

All component fed (top-dressed) lactating cows = 1/2 ounce;

● Lactating cows greater than 70 pounds daily production or less than 150 days in milk = 1/2 ounce;

● Lactating cows less than 70 pounds daily production and greater than 150 days in milk = 1/4 ounce;

● Transition cows (approximately 14 days pre-partum to 7 days post-partum) = 1 ounce;

● Short term production challenges = 1 ounce for 7 to 10 days.

Calves (milk fed and weanling) = 1/8 - 1/6 ounce fed with grain ration

Growing Cattle, Adult Beef Cattle, Small Ruminants = 1/4 ounce
