Most important fact about Chlorzoxazone Although rare, serious, sometimes fatal liver problems have been reported in people using Parafon Forte DSC. You should stop taking Parafon Forte DSC and notify your doctor immediately if you develop any of the following signs of liver toxicity: fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, pain in the upper right part of your abdomen, dark urine, or yellow skin or eyes. How should you take Chlorzoxazone? Take Parafon Forte DSC exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not increase the dose or take it more often than prescribed. Parafon Forte DSC occasionally discolors urine orange or purple red. --If you miss a dose... Take it as soon as you remember, if it is within an hour or so of the missed time.
