"wearing tight jockey shorts seems to have caused this........tried "jock itch cream" that contained tolnaftate to try to cure............very minor limited help and no cure........decided to see my doctor for RX"

"Had ever worsening fungal rash for 3 months under doctor's care and use of multiple prescribed remedies including topical and oral agents without relief. Found tolnaftate at pharmacy independently in desperation prior to leaving on beach holiday. Tolnaftate was immediately effective with rash disappearing within 48 hours.
