tolnaftate for Tinea Cruris: Had ever worsening fungal rash for 3 months under doctor's care and use of multiple prescribed remedies including topical and oral agents without relief. Found tolnaftate at pharmacy independently in desperation prior to leaving on beach holiday. Tolnaftate was immediately effective with rash disappearing within 48 hours. Thank you for saving my vacation.
