Monistat 1 Vaginal Ointment (tioconazole) for Vaginal Yeast Infection "I got a yeast infection for the first time a couple days ago. So I went to the store and bought monistat 1. I would absolutely recommend this to any girl. An hour after using the medicine I felt some leaking and irritation So I used the cream. With in four hours of using the medicine I feel a million times better. I will definitely use monistat if I ever have this problem again."

Monistat 1 Vaginal Ointment (tioconazole) for Vaginal Yeast Infection "So I realized how people never come back to say if the product actually worked or not. Well I'm here to tell you it does. I used this product about a week ago and came here to write a horrible review on how irritated, sore, raw, burning and itchy I was from it. I started feeling these side effects about 1hr after I put the hellish egg in me. After about 2 days the symptoms went away and fully healed my YI. I am completely back to normal. Bottom line is the product DOES work and can heal your systems fully within 48hrs...only if you're up for the painful side effects. Honestly, if I had the option to use this again I probably would because it works CRAZY fast."

Monistat 1 Vaginal Ointment (tioconazole) for Vaginal Yeast Infection "So I'm very prone to yeast infections and UTIs so this is not new for me. I knew the signs and symptoms of my yeast infection: itching, a lot of discomfort, and thick creamy discharge. I waited it out a couple days because sometimes when they're mild they'll go away on their own, but I couldn't handle the discomfort. So luckily I had Monistat 1 at home so I popped it in and it's been almost 4 hours and I'm feeling amazing. So I guess you're supposed to take this before bed? But I used it at 7:45 AM because I didn't want to be uncomfortable this whole day. I've heard horrible stories about Monistat 1 and amazing ones as well, just depends on your body and how it reacts to the medicine. Not everyone feels results as quick as me! Dont panic!"

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "Here I am at 2:30 in the morning with allllll the burns after waking up an hour ago when it hit me. I put this egg thing in at about 10:30. Why in the world did I not read these reviews before!? Never would I have ever even thought about using this 1 day nonsense! Ughhhh. Monistat 1 Vaginal Ointment (tioconazole) for Vaginal Yeast Infection "Okay the Monistat 1 definitely burns a little but to me that just means it's working. I rate this product a 10 because every single time I've used it my yeast infection goes away within 2 days. The product does its job. Will there be discomfort along the way? Certainly. But what's comforting to know is that after a tad bit of burning I will be without the even more unbearable itching and undesirable discharge. Everyone is different. Our bodies are all different and respond to things in a variation of ways! I didn't get the extreme burning some experience, but that's just me. There's always going to be horror stories on the internet about any product, but don't believe everything you read. Try things out for yourself, you never know!"

Monistat 1 Vaginal Ointment (tioconazole) "I’m only about 5 hours into this Monistat 1 experience and at this point I don’t even care if it works. Nothing is worth this burn. My poor coochie feels like what I can only imagine as the depths of hell. Hot lava level pain. I read the entire pamphlet and this was not a warning, and after seeing all these reviews of other women experiencing the same it DEFINITELY should be! If you are considering buying this product do not do it! It’s not worth the risk. I’m sitting here at 5 am typing this review because the pain is keeping me awake. I have survived second degree burns on my entire hand before and this is nearly comparable to that, but there is literally nothing I can do about this one except wait it out. The anti itch cream that came with it is worthless and does nothing for me. If you are reading this because you just used the product and are starting to realize something is off, Godspeed to you sister. I wish you luck"

Tioconazole 1 Day (tioconazole) for Vaginal Yeast Infection "Worst thing I ever used in my life. DO NOT USE. I’ve always done the 3 day. Never this. Didn’t read reviews and SO wish I did. I had some white clumpy discharge and very mild itching. So wanted to just knock it out and got this. Worst mistake of my life. I had some burning nothing to crazy, then some itching really irritating more then even before. Then I woke up and my vagina is swollen and just blah. So horrible. And it had to be Bc of this. Bc it was not swollen itching or burning prior. I’m so mad I did this. Save yourself ladies. Please don’t use."

You'd think well, 1 day of treatment is way better than 3 and definitely better than 7, but trust me, if you don't want your babycave to feel as though it's been torched by Satan himself, stick to the mullti day. Then while writhing in pain and trying to stop the devil cream from burning a new hole down there, I read the reviews. This is a common thing that happens with the Monistat 1. Don't use it."

Monistat 1 Vaginal Ointment (tioconazole) for Vaginal Yeast Infection "I had a cute review to post, but Drugs.Com believes in cutting to the Chase, so Ok. So, had a yeast infection for quite some time (about 3 weeks...yikes!), not my first one though. So on July 5th, I bought Monistat 1, busted open the lifesaver and got busy. The applicator was easy to slide in and apply. I also used the cream to ease the itching...nah. 2 hrs later I went to class and almost had a freakin' panic attack because the burning and itching INTENSIFIED like none other. Oh my goodness Cool wipes were a waste, I was better off using Vagisil's Anti Itch wipes...cooch was on FIYA! However, after all the pain, the kit worked. No more symptoms after July 8th. Would be nice to have a warning sayin all this, but it was worth it to be honest."

Holy Moly I have never felt such intense burning, itching and swelling. Finally took a shower to wash away what I could then had to use an ice pack. Up all night so painful! They need to repackage with labelling and visuals of flames shooting from the nether region!!!"

I went the cheaper route and just got Tioconazole 1 Day because the lady at Walmart said it would work the same as Monistat. I’m having THE WORST burning and itching sensation ever. Monistat 1 Vaginal Ointment (tioconazole) for Vaginal Yeast Infection "My friend suggested this when I told her I had a yeast infection. I have burning, itching, and discharge. The discharge is so bad that I have a rash as well from how irritated my skin is. I got the Monistat 1 with the applicator and the exterior cream. I used it last night before bed, was up at 3:30 putting more cream on because I was uncomfortable. Then again at 5:30 and again at 9. I have no relief at all."

Tioconazole 1 Day (tioconazole) for Vaginal Yeast Infection "I had a awesome experience with tioconazole 1 day, I was scared to try it because of all the bad reviews but .. when I tried it , it was intense itching but it was tolerable. I slept good as well after 3 hours or so the itching died down but it was still a little itching there just wasn’t as much , I didn’t experience any burning or swelling I just woke up so I didn’t get the chance to see if it hurts when I use the bathroom... so amazing experience !"

I inserted the medication and realized I had more itching than before, I also noticed the burning a lot more. To make matters worst, I used the cream for the external area and I think I made it worst!!! I was trying to save a few dollars, never again. Vagistat-1 (tioconazole) for Vaginal Yeast Infection "Please just get the diflu one time pill. This egg made me cry for hours, I cussed my girlfriend out while itching and burning. I felt like life would be better if I just died. It started to ease up after a few hours but the itch never went away. Oh and the cream that comes with it.. don't even try to use that!!! It makes EVERYTHING worse. It only sucks because some ppl either don't have insurance, or this life ruining infection creeps up on the weekend when u can't go to your obgyn. Females should be able to get the pill from the pharmacy just as well as they can get a plan b because these creams and eggs are a set up."

Monistat 1 Vaginal Ointment (tioconazole) for Vaginal Yeast Infection "I read all of these reviews and FREAKED out. I was so scared to try it. I remembered years ago, trying some other brand and the second I inserted it, it BURNED. So I was very skeptical about this huge dose "1 day" thing.. but I just bit the bullet and did it because pain for a little is better than more severe problems down the road. I took 3 ibuprofun and ate some comfort food and took a sleeping pill (so I would hopefully be asleep if there would be any pain to come) and had a heating pad on my tum. The Monistat didn't phase me at all. It's like it wasn't even there. Very minimal discharge the next day, no pain, no cramps, nothing. If I focused really hard, I could sometimes feel the TINIEST sensation of burning. I'd totally recommend."

Monistat 1 Vaginal Ointment (tioconazole) for Vaginal Yeast Infection "I've used the Monistat-3 the last time I had this problem. I had relief the next day. I think the1 day pack must not agree with me. I woke up feeling worse than last night. I'm so swelled that I'm a little nervous. I'm going to give it a couple of hours to get better and go from there. I'm sticking to the 3 day treatment."

My doctor told me to try Vagistat and two days later, I feel great! I honestly would recommend this product to anyone suffering. At last I can honestly say I feel some relief. Thanks Vagistat"

Monistat 1 Vaginal Ointment (tioconazole) for Vaginal Yeast Infection "Okay listen here. It's really irritating reading about how "it's burned so bad"! Lord have mercy, you have a YI of course it's going to burn! I applied and yes it burned but understand that, that just means that you have an infection that evidently needs to be cleared. Your vagina is infected and imagine putting lemon on a cut and then later complaining "ahhhh it burns" ...okay well I applied around 10pm and it burned for a while but the OVERALL affectiveness was amazing. The itching was gone in less than 2 days. The other burning and discharge was gone within 3 days!"

Obviously the first thing I did was Google my symptoms which lead me to find out it was a YI. This lead me to a link for Monistat1, and let me tell you, most of the reviews scared the crap out of me. This is my first time with a YI and the last thing I wanted to do was make it worse. I didn't want to take more time off of work to go back to the doctors and I wanted relief, and fast. Among the bad reviews there were still good ones so I listened to those instead and just went for it with the Monistat1 Ovule. The itching ended up getting worse at first but then went away and completely and the next day I was completely fine. This stuff is magic! Suck it up buttercup and just do it"

Monistat 1 Vaginal Ointment (tioconazole) for Vaginal Yeast Infection "I was terrifird to try this product because of the reviews i had read but i just had a feeling i would be fine. i put in the pill a few hours before bed tuesday night and was completely fine and got to sleep without ANY pain and when i woke up i was still feeling sore and i had lots of discharge but by the end of the next day i was symptom free. It's now the follow day and i'm feeling back to normal, however there is still a white dischargr but i read that, that is normal because the medicine has to leave your system. Overall, had NONE of the issues that i had read about in reviews. Extremely pleased."

FIRST. When you take this, be sure to have a bottle m of wine ready and some serious distraction. Don't think you can just pop it in and feel better in a few hours. This thing will burn and itch like the devil himself is inside of you, BUT. you're putting something in you that's expected to treat you over night that is really supposed to be span of 7-10 days. That's a whole lot of chemicals in your already sensative lady parts. So it will burn and itch like hell, and I wouldn't recommend it if you have a low pain tolerance. But if you can open a bottle of wine and clean your house. Promise it works!!!"
