That was great at first but firmness tended to be not as strong at times. My doctor gave me 50mg Viagra samples and my wife and I could tell a big difference! It is more expensive but you could buy the 100mg pills and cut them into halves or even quarters. I am over 50 and have great sex with my wife at least 3 - 4 times weekly.
