Sildenafil is not approved for use in women. If you become pregnant, contact your doctor. You will need to discuss the benefits and risks of using Sildenafil while you are pregnant. It is not known if Sildenafil is found in breast milk. If you are or will be breast-feeding while you use Sildenafil , check with your doctor. Discuss any possible risks to your baby.

Sildenafil Pregnancy Warnings

Sildenafil has been assigned to pregnancy category B by the FDA. Animal data have failed to reveal evidence of teratogenicity or fetotoxicity even after doses that represented up to 40 times the maximum recommended human dose (on a mg/m2 basis). There are no controlled data in human pregnancy. Sildenafil is only recommended for use during pregnancy when benefit outweighs risk.

Sildenafil Lactation Warnings

There are no data on the excretion of sildenafil in human milk. The manufacturer recommends that caution be used when administering sildenafil to nursing women.
