"I had a horrible experience with Methotrexate while using it to treat Bullous. I was taking 15mg once a week for 3 months. I passed out at work and ended up in the emergency room where I found out that my red blood count and iron had dropped to dangerous levels and I was severely anaemic. I was admitted and had to be treated for months by a hematologist with infusions etc. I had all types of tests and procedures including an endoscopy to make sure that I was not bleeding. In the end it became clear that Methotrexate was the cause!! I know some people seem to benefit from this drug but for me, it was like poison. The side effects were horrific!!"
