For Ovarian Cysts "I switched to LoSeasonique after taking LoEstrin24 for about a year because I was still getting extreme side effects from my periods (passing out, couldn't get out of bed, etc) and stopped taking it after the first month and a half because by skin was breaking out really bad. This past month was my first month being off birth control in about 3 or 4 years and it was horrible! I started a new pack of LoSeasonique this afternoon to see if my skin will react any differently and if I do end up breaking out again, I will switch back to Loestrin."

For Ovarian Cysts "This medicine made me have terrible uterine bleeding for 75 days in a row accompanied by terrible uterine pain. It's been a full week since I stopped the medicines and the bleeding and pain have both stopped. My cysts have shrunk to half their size, but I'm not sure if the cysts were ever a problem to begin with."

For Birth Control "I've been on the pill for almost a month, no break through bleeding, but light cramps and headaches but not severe. I guess I can say that's good compared to some others comments but I'm getting off the pill today because I just got on it because I wanted fewer periods but I absolutely hate cramps and headaches. Hope it works for you."

For Birth Control "The first pack my doctor wanted me to stop after the first month to try to see what effect the medicine would have with my period and to only continue if there was no abnormalities. I followed her instructions and toward the last 2 weeks of the 3rd set, I started seeing some "color" that led to spotting. And my period took a while to start during the yellow pills, but was short and light. Now that I am on the 2nd pack toward the end, just about a week ago, I started spotting again. But this time it's heavier/more constant. Rarely worth a pantyliner or anything at all, just really annoying because I don't know if it will get heavier at any moment, stop, or stick around until the "real" period comes. And will it get worse for the next pack?"

"I'm just about finished with the first pack, and so far I've only had mild side effects. My sex drive is now completely unpredictable, and I'm super emotional, both of which are completely uncharacteristic. I'm hoping that I won't need to use these for more than a year. "

For Birth Control "I am only about a week and a half into my first pack and can already feel my emotions getting out of control. I have never cried in public but today something that would have normally made me angry actually made me burst into tears. How embarrassing. I feel like I still have PMS even though there is no "flow". Besides the hormonal imbalance, I love not having to worry about my period, which was extremely abnormal; rather than carrying around spare panties, I carry my little pill container. "

For Birth Control "I started LoSeasonique a couple of months ago. I had a headache the first day I took it, but that went away. I have no periods, no break-through bleeding, and best of all, no pms or overeating from pms. I wish I would have started this pill years ago."

For Birth Control "After the birth of my son in June 2011, I started Lo Seasonique. Before the birth of my son, I was on Ortho Tri-Cyclen and loved it with no problems. I only stayed on Lo Seasonique for one month due to a flow like a heavy period on an almost every day basis. It stopped for two weeks on the second month, and started again very heavily with severe abdominal pain and cramping. The only reason I wanted to try LoSeasonique was for the "fewer periods" purposes. After trying LoSeasonique for a three months (one pack), I have discontinued the use and will be going back to Ortho Tri Cyclen!"

For Polycystic Ovary Syndrome "Have been taking this for about a week now and have had severe breast tenderness and almost a burning pain. Happens about 30-40 minutes after taking pills. This stopped today and now I have a migraine- so far two days. If this continues I'm done. No spotting yet. Has helped alleviate pain in my left ovary."

For Premenstrual Syndrome "This pill was to be my rescue from painful periods but I have only enjoyed 1 mth period free and I am on my second 90 day pack! I have had my period (spotting) for 1 month straight. I am skipping the placebos, but no guarantees that the spotting will stop. I may just have to go on a monthly because the appeal of this pill is quickly losing my interest."

For Birth Control "I find if you were on a birth control before Loseasonique you will already have the hormones in your system and will have less side effects!"

For Birth Control "I've been taking LoSeasonique for a little under a month. Not enough to do a thorough review, but so far so good. I'm almost done the first pack so I will see if I get any breakthrough bleeding."
