"I have Crohn's disease. I sometimes get intestine infections. I can not take Flagyl, but I can take Cipro. Cipro always helps clear up my intestinal infections. I don't get sick, dizzy, diarrhea or any side effects. Its too bad it makes some people sick because it has great potential for killing many bacterias."
