Metanx (multivitamin) "I had been taking Metanx for over 5 years to help with Severe Persistent Muscle Cramping. When I got Covid, had Back Surgery, and Total Hip Replacement within 6 months. During those 6 months, I was taking so much other medication, that I stopped the Metanx. Within 2 months, the muscle cramping started again. This medication is amazing, and I won't stop it again."

Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails (multivitamin) "I like many others could not understand why I was developing a rash on my arms, well needless to say , do not take these vitamins. They worked for a nail I need to grow back but the rash is not worth it. Urine and bowel movements will smell horrible. Migraines definitely increased . These are absolutely horrendous . -10 stars if I could !!"

Lipoflavonoid (multivitamin) "After a year on lorazepam (which is addictive)my ENT doc recommended this supplement for my vertigo. I've taken it religiously over ten year's with no known side effects. It saved my sanity and gave me back my life, after year's of daily vertigo. I was not able to function or actually "live" life, until I began taking lipo flavonoid. I also found the drugstore brand (which was cheaper) worked equal to the manufacturer brand. I tell anyone n everyone I meet about this supplement. I honestly don't understand why this supplement doesn't receive greater exposure to the public!!"

Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails (multivitamin) "I have been taking Nature's Bounty gummies for over a month. I have experienced dry itchy scalp, dry peeling hairline, dry hard rashy patches on my neck and severe sores on my scalp. My head is now discolored and very white. My head being on fire is an understatement, I have scratched until my edges have thinned out. This product should be taken off the market and the company should be sued. Today was my last day taking the gummies and hopefully my head will get back to normal. I'm glad I decided to read the reviews for this product because now I see I'm not alone, I have every symptom everybody else has and now I know I'm not going crazy"

Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails (multivitamin) "I developed hives on my arms and chest. I wondered if it was due to this B 12 supplement by Natures Bounty I take oral pill . I switched to a sublingual product and had no problem. That vitamin needed refill and I had another Nature Bounty in my closet so I tried it again. Hives after first dose I ruled out every med and supplement. It’s definitely this product. I decided to google it and came upon this site my ah ~ha moment. I plan to call them regarding this issue as I want my money back and to make sure they get comments regarding this product"

Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails (multivitamin) "I take this brand's multivitamins and decided to try these out since my nails are brittle as heck. I took 3 pills/day for two days (as directed on the bottle) before I noticed symptoms. The first night I did not sleep at all and by the second night, my entire body was covered in itchy burning hives that came in waves. I was itching and awake all night. It is an awful experience. Please DO NOT buy this product. Your body will thank you later."

Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails (multivitamin) "Postpartum hair loss:The 2nd day of taking this I had a bad headache but I get them occasionally so I didn't connect the two. The 3rd time I woke up at 4 am and had severe hives covering my body. I took two Benadryl and waited and hour or so. It helped relieve the itching but my throat began to swell and it was difficult to breathe. My husband took me to the ER and I was given steroids and Pepcid. Finally the hives went away and I felt better so was discharged and slept for like 4 hours. Woke up with a headache so I took more benedryl which the doctor advised. All this to say, I will not be taking it anymore. I'll wear a scarf until my hair grows back! Not worth it! Plus they smell so bad and one night I kept belching that awful taste."

I have lost a lot more of my hair this time worst, constant itching everywhere none stop. My scalp now have sores and it's terribly damaged worst than before. Two weeks I have been on the vitamin, and for the entire two weeks my stomach was extremely upset. Diarrhea, upset stomach, sore throat, and skin rashes occured. I have never had any allergic reaction, or even side effects to medication or vitamins, until this. To top it all off, I have noticed not a single change in hair, skin, or nails. Be wary of this product, and at the very least, keep an eye out for symptoms."

I was associating it to allergic reaction to something but it just never went away. I got extremely worried. Reading these reviews now I realized that these supplements are connected somehow. I stopped taking them in November but the itch and skin condition have not improved yet (It’s May now). I always had soft and healthy looking skin. Now I look like I have permanent damage."

Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails (multivitamin) "I have been experiencing what feels like cuts and rashes on my face, itchy scalp and skin at night, tight headaches, and itchiness around my lips and eyes. These "vitamins" need to be taken off the shelves immediately. I couldn't figure out what was happening, I figured it was a reaction to an old foundation but realized these supplements had been something new in my routine. I will no longer be taking these & have been using Neosporin to help with the rashes. Just wash them with q tips and apply the ointment on like 3 times a day. It helps."

Super Plenamins (multivitamin) "I have been taking Rexall Super Plenamins Plus many, many years. I feel better almost immediately. If I go off and try something else immediately go back to Rexall Super Plenamins Plus. I do this because with other Vitamins and Minerals I start to drag through my day. Been consistent for a few days now and have started noticing tightness and swelling of my throat, as well as a severe headache. Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails (multivitamin) "I've been taking these vitamins and had zero problems except a stomach ache but that was my own fault because the directions CLEARLY state take with a meal. As long as I eat and drink the amount of water adult humans are recommended to drink to stay hydrated and ensure that my body properly flushes the vitamin and carries the nutrients where they need to go I'm fine. My nails have been a lot stronger and grow faster, I haven't noticed much change in my hair yet but I also have very curly hair and we are show-ers not growers so its hard to tell."

Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails (multivitamin) "I just took these a few hours ago and my stomach became nauseous after about 30 minutes. I have felt like vomiting a few times but I have not. I took 2 tums to combat the nausea and when I took these supplements 3 days ago I didn’t even notice that I had issues then because I blamed the upset stomach on some fast food I ate that night since I had taken the vitamins around 1:00 earlier that day. I ended up with mild diarrhea that night and slept with an upset stomach all night long from about 9pm to 12am so 13 hours of hell. There’s also a cooling type sensation in my stomach almost like I swallowed a peppermint. I can’t smell or taste it like others have commented but the upset stomach is too much to bear. Returning these with the receipt. So glad I only took two versus the recommended dosage of three or I would have really been messed up"

My doctor prescribed Cerefolin NAC for me a couple of years ago because I'm bipolar, and I take a couple of other medications which might affect brain function.
