Metanx (multivitamin) "I am taking cancer medications and experienced almost all the printed side effects, including neuropathy and an elevated homocysteine level which went from normal to stroke range within 7 months of starting cancer treatment. My PCP and oncologist had no idea what to do about the high homocysteine (19!!!). One of my doctors knew about MetaNx and my homocysteine scores went back to normal range in 6 weeks on one capsule a day. The neuropathy also disappeared in weeks and has not returned after 4 years of use with no side effects or lab changes."

Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails (multivitamin) "This gave me horrible vertigo, to the point of nearly missing the couch when I went to sit down, I couldn't walk or even look at anything, and then I started to throw up really bad. I also started to have chest tightness which I did not have prior to taking this. I never had this happen before so it had to be from this because it happened on day 2 of taking it."

Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails (multivitamin) "This is effective, but be VERY WARY of side effects. I had an incredibly severe reaction. I was born with asthma but it became very mild after age 8. For over a year I was on a similar vitamin before switching over to this one. After the first day, I noticed my nails were growing whiter and stronger. However I looked like I had a sudden break out. They were hives. 2-3 days, I was bedridden with asthma, flu-like symptoms, severe rash, vomiting. At 5-7 days, my throat swelled shut and I was in the E.R. 7 days ago, I was put on prednisone and stopped taking this vitamin. I know it was a reaction because I took the vitamin today and ended up in anaphylactic shock, back in the E.R. I have never been so incapacitated and ill. Be careful."

Lipoflavonoid (multivitamin) "I am in my mid 40s and got tinnitus. I mostly got used to the ringing in my ears, it was much like after a loud concert how your ears kind of ring for the night. Sometimes the volume gets louder when I'm stressed out or not feeling well so I thought I would try lipoflavonoid and I've only been taking it for 20 days but I feel like the volume in my ears has doubled it doesn't make me feel bad in any other way but the volume is so loud now. I'm going to finish the 30 days and if it's still like this I'm getting my money back. Very unsure on how well this product actually works."

Lipoflavonoid (multivitamin) "My ENT suggested I "try" this for 30 days. When purchasing it, the package offered a full refund if it did not work. After following the instructions for 30 days, I had no relief, and submitted a refund request per their instructions. Online bounced back, then I sent in refund request by mail, then I contacted their customer service. It's been over 3 months, and there's been no communication. Extremely poor customer service!"

It was not until today that I made the connection my constant itching and vertigo are caused by these vitamins. I just threw the entire bottle away. The itching is driving me crazy."

Vitamin B Complex 100 (multivitamin) "I have been taking B12 for years (doctor’s recommended) and thought I should add B 100 complex. Now my lips and tongue feel swollen and sore. I feel itchy all over and my genital mucous membranes have become inflamed. I have stopped for about three days and the symptoms are getting better. Two other symptoms are a loss of the senses of smell and taste. I can not attribute any of these symptoms to B 100 complex but I won’t be taking anymore for quite some time to see if any of my symptoms go away completely."

Rheumate (multivitamin) "My dr took me off arthritis meds & put me on Rheumate which is causing heartburn, then upset stomach. Eventually I started vomiting. Sometimes, I can’t keep anything down for many days. Then, go several days without vomiting, but still have upset stomach. It’s been an endless cycle. I finally went to doctor recently. Dr told me to stop Rheumate for now, & put me on Omeprazole for my stomach. I have appointment to see a Rheumatologist again. I started Rheumate 2nd week in Aug 2019. It’s now 3rd week in Oc so .going on 3 months. I’m on pain meds too. I didn’t notice a big difference in pain during warm weather. As weather got cooler, my joints got stiff/more painful. Now my joints hurt more, like before I was on arthritis meds. My other joints have been bad lately. But my knees are really bad when I go up stairs or go to stand. I had some knee pain before. But, I didn’t have severe knee pain like I do now. I was really trying to give it a chance. But, it’s all just too much."

Had my family check my head for vermin, and any other scalp conditions and they saw nothing. I was absolutely going insane. Kept trying to figure out what if anything had changed in my normal routine: medication’s, hair products etc. etc. and nothing had until I remembered I had started this supplement 3 1/2 weeks prior and did a search on side effects. Lipoflavonoid (multivitamin) "This product was awesome for the first year I took it, and I felt immediate relief not only from tinnitus but also it helped my ears to pop. So that says it lowered inflammation? But the other bottles, and I tried quite a few, from different places, nothing. I am very disappointed, don't know if they changed the formula or what. I am even wondering about another issue. My right ear suddenly plugged up, so the sound now is like I hear everything like it is coming from inside my own head... it's echoing... totally disruptive. Did the new formula do this? I finally got my ENT to prescribe Serc, aka Betahistine, that I have heard worked wonders. Unfortunately, it hasn't helped me one bit with tinnitus."

Lipoflavonoid (multivitamin) "This is a rel mind blower! I started taking 6 caps of Lipo-Flavinoid daily about two months ago. No help yet with the tenninitis, but guess what? As a 75 year old, Iv'e been bothered by those terrible looking red bruises on my arms and hands for a few years now, and they're about gone! I don't take any other meds but after 6 weeks or so with Lipo, I noticed that the red bruising seemed to be getting less so. It's even better now after a couple more weeks and I can't believe it! I shared the info with a couple of friend and, although it's only been a couple of weeks now with them, I'd bet that their results will be good too. I can't hear any better yet. but boy do I look better. Steve"

Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails (multivitamin) "Arms are broken out in a rash…itchy skin all over, diarrhea and headaches. I didn’t realize my insomnia may also be caused by these vitamins. I have been taking them for 3 weeks. It’s the only thing I take-no other medications. Side affects started immediately. I went to my doctor thinking I had some autoimmune issue-stopped the vitamin and my rash got better, stomach is better and sleeping again. I WISH I had read reviews before taking this nightmare of a supplement! It definitely needs to be discontinued based on what I am reading on here."

Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails (multivitamin) "I used this product for a week. Didn't take the 3 pills recommended because it seemed like a lot. Took one a day. I started to itch everywhere and have a rash. It has caused me to have dermagraphism. I have to take Zyrtec everyday now because if I don't I will be itching from head to toe have a rash and when I scratch I will welt up. Zyrtec keeps me from itching and the rash happening. It also keeps me from welting up bad when I scratch. When something touches my skin it still leave a red mark but at least I don't itch, have the rash, and welt up. If I could rewind time I would and never have taken this product. I wish they would take it off the market."

Lipoflavonoid (multivitamin) "After taking the first four pills, my stomach went crazy. Felt bloated and uncomfortable, sat on the toilet seven times but did not really move my bowels; by day's end, just liquid bits, and awaking the next morning saw leakage in my underpants. Very uncomfortable, and most of all very expensive way to find something does not work. If anything, tinnitus hissing sound was louder during sleep. I was better off using shiatsu accupressure and thinking positively. The company does refund your money. Proceed with caution is my advice."

Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails (multivitamin) "DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing the gummies, I am currently covered in hives and a crazy skin rash, on my torso region. I had metallic taste in my mouth (I thought I was pregnant) and crazy diarrhea, was always frequenting the bathroom. I have stopped taking them and I am hopefully praying the rash on my chest clears."

After several days of taking this multivitamin, I thought my hair was looking better, but I developed an itchy rash all over my torso (mostly on my back). I don't know whether to attribute this problem to the vitamins (and PABA in particular), but since I've stopped taking the vitamins, the rash seems to be healing."

Lipoflavonoid (multivitamin) "It's been a slow process but I honestly feel like Lipo Flavonoid Plus has significantly reduced my tinnitus. I've gone through several stages of taking the pills but during my hiatus', the tinnitus came back. Even while taking it regularly, I've noticed surges in the ear-ringing when I've overly reduced my intake. These days I have levelled off by taking 2 pills twice a day and it seems to be the right formula. Afraid to stop taking it since each time I've stopped, the ringing came back. So, I'll stay on this regiment for the time being."

Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails (multivitamin) "I have been taking Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Softgels for 30 days now. I didn't realize the allergic reaction I was having was related to these vitamins until today. I have been to Urgent Care twice, the dermatologist, and my primary care doctor in the past month to address my swollen, numb, burning, peeling, stinging lips. I have been treated with Prednizone and antibiotic and topicals. In addition, I have had diarrhea. I should have checked the side effects and reviews first!!"

Nature's Bounty Hair Skin & Nails (multivitamin) "Nature's bounty hair skin and nails did nothing for my hair and nails. It made me very bloated as well and I thought it was because I wasn't dieting enough, it kept my stomach big and juicy! On top of that it made my throat tight and feeling swollen every time I took it. Something told me to look online and I found the same reaction from many other people. Stay away from these vitamins!!! I just tossed a huge container in the trash where they belong!"

Lipoflavonoid (multivitamin) "Tinnitus was bad, I couldn't get the ringing out of my head so took lipoflavonoid for week and the ringing got 60% worst to the point I felt life was just hard and so I quit the Lipoflavonoid. The ringing remained as bad never got back to what it was before taking it poor quality product. Piece of rubbish don't buy it. I can't stand it now it is awful."
