I really like BELVIQ! I just wish it wasn’t excluded by pretty much every insurance company.

I've been on Belviq for one month. I've lost 29.5 lbs, and I'm thrilled. I've also stuck to a 1500 calorie diet. The biggest thing it did for me was take away the thought of cravings. I would pay any amount of money to have these kind of results.

I have been taking Belviq for 39 days and I am down 18 pounds. I am just plain not hungry and when I eat my meals, I am full much faster. I have forced myself not to eat cookies or pastries and after the first week, I have no desire for them at all. I eat kind bars and a banana for lunch (sometimes a low fat cheese stick). if I am hungry, I may eat my banana midday. I eat a regular dinner, just smaller amounts and absolutely no fast food. If I work a long day and I am tired, we will have Subway for dinner. I hope this continues on the right path for me...fingers crossed.

First week 7lbs, a lot of energy and fall right to sleep at night and stay asleep. Only negative is I can only take one or I experience urinary tract infection like symptoms. I'm excited to weigh in the morning, it will have been 14 days. I LOVE Belviq!

I started the 15 day trial about a week and half ago and I have lost 5 pounds. I was already taking a different prescribed medication and I lost 30 pounds. I wanted to try this to see how it worked. I changed my eating habits drastically months ago and I ride a bike 4 days a week. My appetite doesn't seem any different with this pill and my energy is just like it was before hand. But another 5 pounds off works for me.

I began taking Belviq September 5, 2014, and when I saw my doctor January 19, had lost 43 pounds. The reason Belviq doesn't work for some people is because they are looking for something like the amphetamine diet pills from the 50s and 60s that boosted metabolism and totally killed the appetite. What Belviq does is help people stick to a sensible diet, i.e., it will keep you from being overly hungry and "pigging out" after eating a sensible dinner. I take Belviq around 3 o'clock in the afternoon and Metformin (500mg) after dinner.

I have been on Belviq since September 2014 and have lost about 50 lbs. Today 1/27/2015 I weigh 195 lbs. and back in September I was at 248lbs. I love Belviq so much it's one of the best prescriptions I have ever gotten. Because Belviq helps me control my appetite I am able to eat less and I eat healthier food, also I have started working out for an hour a day, 6 days a week since I started Belviq. It's the most amazing medication that exists it really has changed my life for the better.

I have been taking this medicine for 2 weeks now and have gone from 330 pounds to 320. That's a huge deal for me because I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and typically cannot lose weight. It suppresses my appetite so much that I have to remind myself to eat. I have had no side effects at all and haven't increased my exercise. I am very happy with Belviq. Hopefully it continues to go well.

i was so excited about it at first and I am on day 5 of the trial. I do not feel a difference. I don't feel that it takes my appetite away at all. Am I doing something wrong? I want it to work very badly. I take one in morning and the other around 3:00pm. I walk for an hour everyday after work also.

I love Belviq. I started on Jan 15th, today is the 19th and I've gone from 371.8 lbs to 364.1lbs. I've been eating a little healthier and have had a major decrease in appetite. I can't wait to see what I accomplish the next 6 months! I've had no side effects.

I started the 15 day trial and wow does it work for me. I lost 5lbs in the first 5 days and couldn't be happier. It stops the over obsessing about food, makes you not even hungry. It allows you to eat the way you always wanted to, smaller portions. Sometimes I have to remind myself to eat... Works on me wonderfully. Will be getting the whole supply after my first 15 is over. Good luck all.

I took the 15 day free trial offer and lost 11 pounds in two weeks. I only took 1 pill a day, 10 mg instead of two pills a day.

Easy to use medication that has allowed me to lose 44.25 pounds in five months. overweight by 75 pounds and have a host of other issues to overcome. I will tell you I am a skeptic as I have wasted casino money trying to lose weight. Finally I am able to control what I eat with a little exercise to help me get going.

Review by MindOverMatter34:

I wish I was a success story, but after 3 months and a 11lb weight GAIN, (375-386) I am off Belviq. I loved the beautiful sleep, vivid dreams, calmness, feeling full, less episodes of anxiety, overall happiness. I spent the first month with no change in my eating or exercise behavior. The second and third month with little to major changes in eating/exercise and my 11lb weight gain from the first month remained the same. I tried to convince my doctor to keep me on it for the overall positive effect it had on my life, but it was a no-go. Time to dig my heels in and put will-power in control. Side effects: I experienced each one that only lasted a half hour or so, each day. No biggie! Headache, cough, back pain, sleepiness

I can say that it works far as suppressing your appetite but I only been on it for one day an I am waiting for it to leave my system I don't like the warm sensation over my body and a few chest pains very sleepy and sluggish feeling so for those reasons I will not be taking belviq anymore.
