For Nausea/Vomiting, Chemotherapy Induced "I've been using Marinol for a very long time. It's been a life saver for me, especially in combatting nausea. It even makes me hungry and counters the nausea when I do eat."

Marinol (dronabinol) for Nausea/Vomiting, Chemotherapy Induced "Didn’t help him at all. He had stomach cancer in the early 2000s when it was prescribed to him, and it didn’t help him eat or anything"
