For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "This medicine is a life saver. I'm currently 8 months pregnant and hadn't gained weight at all throughout this pregnancy. I actually lost weight because I was nauseous, vomiting regularly and couldn't eat throughout this entire pregnancy. I was taking Zofran which did help but thanks to Diclegis I was able to start eating more, the nausea went away and I gained 5 pounds in 2 weeks. I take Zofran throughout the day and 1-2 Diclegis at night because of the drowsiness, but this medicine is a definitely a life saver for me."

For Nausea/Vomiting "Very helpful for me. I was so sick for the first trimester and throughout my pregnancy. You have to take the meds and get it in your system first. Taking it in the morning and evening it works like a charm, at least for me as long as I took it I wasn’t sick."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "This medication is definitely helpful for more mild nausea. It worked in the beginning, but as my nausea became nausea with vomiting, I felt as though it wasn't doing much. I ended up stopping the medication for about a day when I realized how much worse my symptoms got without it. I began taking it again and was also prescribed Reglan to further help me from throwing up as often. Overall, I think the medication works best for less severe cases."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "Worked decently. My baby was born with Down's Syndrome and cancer and many other issues. I've had 2 perfect pregnancies before this. I can't necessarily blame the meds, but only thing different I did during my pregnancy."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "I got a 10mg pill and it was great. I took it once at night and the nausea stayed away completely as long as I took it every day. When I forgot, I had to wait a bit longer for it to kick in, but used this throughout my entire pregnancy."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "I took this medicine twice with two different pregnancies and both times, my baby’s heart stopped beating around the 8th week. I don't care what anyone says about this medicine and that it doesn’t cause the baby to die early on, I feel it does. It does help with nausea and vomiting."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "The diclegis isn't working. I'm always sick and throw up twice a day at least. This is the worst feeling in the world. I had horrible morning sickness with my two other children that went away around 15 weeks. I'm almost 12 weeks and counting the days. This is my third and last pregnancy. I think about this being genetic and cringe and cry at the idea of my daughters going through this."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "I was afraid to start this medicine because of all the negative feedback, but I finally had enough of the all-day nausea. I took it for the first time two nights ago (2 pills at night), and yesterday I was still feeling weak and not too hungry, but then around dinner time, I actually got hungry! I had half of a grilled cheese and a cup of tomato soup! It felt so good to eat. I took the pills again last night, and this morning I dry heaved a bit while brushing my teeth, but then I had 3 saltines and feel okay to take a shower. Before I started taking this, it would take hours in the morning for me to feel well enough to take a shower. I am hoping this is going to help me get my work-life balance back. I was worried that taking it at night (when I wasn't feeling nauseous) wouldn't help me during the day, but I guess it does continue to work for a while. I did not have any issues waking up in the morning. I take the pills at 8 pm, tired by 9 pm, sleep until 6 am, and can get up easily."
