Fiorinal (aspirin / butalbital / caffeine) for Headache "This medication works great for my tension headaches. I only need them once or twice a week; taking two relieves the headache or at least reduces it so much that it does not bother me."

For Pain "This is the only medication that will knock out my tension headaches, neck and back tension. It's important that I take it on the onset. Truly a miracle tension headache medication for me."
