"I have thoracic nerve-spur left side past 18 years and other neurologic conditions as nerve damage from shingles after radiation and seven pinched nerves spine with 75% left side paralysis this is the only medication that has worked for me allowing me to tolerate pain. After six years taking opiates, as codeine, hydrocodone, Demerol and cortisone daily 2 years of completed rehab for opiates only taking Anacin still suffered with this condition. Found neurologist for treatment with this product only daily avg every 8 hours, now only occasional requirement of opiates only six a month avg compared to 6 daily for 5 years (prior) when severe strain. Normally after 5 days and severe pain I will experience thoracic nerve spasms without medicine."

For Migraine "This medicine helps me with debilitating migraines and muscle tension headaches. It's inexpensive, but for some reason FDA doesn't approve, and in turn, insurance companies bow down to the alphabet agencies no matter what the doctor and patient decide is the best treatment. I've tried many migraine-approved medications, and they do not work for me due to having Raynaud's. I'm so tired of insurance and government agencies gatekeeping my healthcare."

Fiorinal (aspirin / butalbital / caffeine) for Migraine "I take one capsule for each migraine when I see the scintillating scotoma/aura coming on. It works so well for me. I just wind up with a slight headache after the aura has ended, which is completely tolerable. It works best if I take it at the first signs of the aura, before any migraine pain has started. I carry the medication with me always, just in case I may need it, which is fortunately only a few times a year. It is truly the right tool for the job. I do feel a little weird the next day after I've taken it, which I refer to as a 'headache hangover.' I'm slightly dizzy, my head feels 'hollow' for lack of a better word, and I'm just a little off. But I will take that side effect over a migraine anytime."

For Migraine "I have no family history of migraines. They started after my hysterectomy when I was 24. I am 71 now and just had one Friday and Saturday. They start with the auras that I cannot see then it has to go from one eye to the other then it starts with the nausea and headache. I have to go into dark room no noise and cold clothe covering my eyes. If I can get the medicine when it starts it helps a lot. I usually have my head sore not headache for a few days after. No fun."

For Migraine "Used this for twenty years. I have had migraines for years. Before and after monthly periods were worse. But I could go to work and usually push forward. Affordable too. Neurologist just gave me a different prescription but cost is just too much $900."

Butalbital Compound (aspirin / butalbital / caffeine) for Headache "Have been getting migraines for ten yrs or more. Migraines run in my family. This medication is the only one I have found that gets rid of the migraine to where you can be functional."
