"I'm 57, and had been using Goody's Headache Powders for my chronic headaches for over 35 years. They helped me reign-in MANY a budding Migraine (in the bud)-- before it had a chance to escalate. I recommended them to EVERYBODY!!! However, the formula has clearly, (recently) been changed as it now TASTES different (leaves a strange, chemical aftertaste); and NO LONGER works on my headaches. [My husband noticed the SAME thing!] Whatever they changed, it's made the product as ineffective as their competition's-- BC Powders. Sadly, this drastic difference seemed to occur at the same time Goody's began using the awkward new packaging, which makes it more difficult to access the powders (because it doesn't tear easily)-- causing unnecessary spillage & frustration! As a loyal Goody's customer, I MUST agree with what others have already said: "IF it's NOT broken, DON'T 'FIX' it!""

"Have used Goodys powders for 40 plus years. I have complained to the manufacturer about the on-the-go packs and received a very matter of fact message that this is the way they decided to package now and have no thoughts of returning to the tried and true packaging. I guess they did not do very good testing before deciding this was a good for the consumer. They apparently do not want to hear the packaging complaints."

"Have used Goody's Extra Strength powders for almost 50 years but wish they would not have changed the packaging. Feel like I am wasting my money as the powder gets stuck in the bottom of the package. You can tear in half and still not get all of the powder out...NOT happy with the change.."

"10........on product 2..... on new packet I am a long time (30 yr) customer of Goody's and am fully satisfied with the product but the NEW PACKAGE has got to GO!!!!!!!!!!!! I have tried several different ways to open them and take the powder but have not yet to be successful in doing so with out either dumping it on my face or not being able to get most of the powder out without a lot of fuss. I like the idea of the enclosed packet but it just not working."

"It’s really unbelievable to me that a company can really destroy their unique and proven product/packaging concept like they did with changing the Goody powder packaging. They must not have done any solid market research! This must be going down in history as one of the worst marketing decision ever! There is really nothing good about the new packaging, the old style was unique, worked wonderful and had a solid and steady following of loyal customers (including myself) I’m really curious if there will be an apology of the manufacturer and if and when they will bring back the “old” style packaging?"

"I have used Goody powders for over 30 years and I have to say that the new packaging is the worst idea you could have came up with, also I have compared the powder in the new and old and there is a lot more in the old packs, I'm going to have to discontinue the use of your product as I see it isn't the same anymore. Bye Felicia, and if it ain't broke don't fix it!!!!! Frustrated in Georgia!!!!!"

"My husband and I dislike the new on the go packs. All of the powder doesn't come out so you end up having to tear it completely down both sides to lick or tap the remaining powder out. Every single time. It's annoying. The old packaging was better."

"Not only did they reduce the amount in the packs but lots of the powered gets stuck in the corners of the packs and I can’t get it out. Been waiting impatiently for the old packs to return. Maybe they will but until then I’ll be using Excedrin Migraine. Works almost as well for me just not as fast as the old Goody’s. Y’all screwed this one up!"

"Obvious corporate strategy to lower the amount of powder and increase the price for new "on the go" packaging. "I have been a huge fan of Goody's for at least 15 years I absolutely HATE the new packaging Not as much in the packs and can't even get out was is in the packs I am changing to a different product until you bring back the original packaging I took them EVERY day and was never without them on hand .. "I had the worst migraine of my life for three days. I felt like I'd tried everything possible. Nothing touched the pain. It was blinding. My husband brought me the Goodies powder. It was awful tasting, but within a half hour my migraine was gone. It's a miracle. I'm grateful."

"WHYYYYY was the packaging changed. Worst mistake ever...They were "on the go" packs in the first place. Horrible decision. I also have to take 2 instead of 1 now. Just ridiculous all the way around. Change is good but not for Goodys."

"I have used Goody's powder since I was 14 years old. I am 63 years old.they just came out with a new packaging and have sealed the goody powder they have cut the dosage I have to take two for it to work and now one is not strong enough. I am so disappointed in this company as long as I have been taken this medicine believe me I know the difference I'm hoping I can still find some of the old packaging of Goody's powder before it's all taken of the market. I think I will start taken BC Powders. so sad Goody's change its product"

"The new packaging sucks. I have talked to other users and they all atree. It is much harder to get the powder out of the new package. I have to use 3 packages to get out the same amount of powder as two old packages, as the powder clogs up at the bottom, This is a very poor design. I hope you go back to the old packaging or improve the new ones."

"I HATE the new packaging ---- I can not get all of the powder out of the package. My parents are in their 80s and are having more difficulties than I am due to age and arthritis. They literally have to cut the package open and pour contents in a spoon. Bring back old packaging!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I was introduced to Goody’s headache powders many many years ago. I have terrible sinus headaches and it’s the only thing that will relieve them. That being said, the new packaging is the WORST !! The person or persons that designed or advised this change needs a new profession. You know the old saying “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. "I have used Goody's for 30+ years since they are the only thing that helps with my head & body pain. I bought them in the 50 count boxes as well as the pocket size. But since the new packaging seems to have taken over I am going to have to find something to take the place of Goody's. I am a very unhappy loyal customer!"

"My grandmother first gave me a Goodies back in the 80s. It's the only thing that will touch my migraine without a prescription. Imagine my surprise when I now have to first wrestle with the package (while having a pounding headache) to get the powder out of this new stupid to-go pack. What was wrong with the way it was?? Now I have to flick the package to get the powder to the bottom, then hope I get all the powder in one shot (which I usually don't because I've flicked it so much it's now a block at the bottom). Three attempts to get this ONE powder into my system. My head was pounding harder than it was before I took the medicine. This is bad. Please change the packaging back to the trifold paper. I absolutely HATE this new packaging."

"I have been using Goody’s daily for almost 10 years and hate the new packaging. Was excited today when I went into a store and found they still had the old packaging and bought all they had. But I am seriously considering looking into a different product for my headaches just because of the new packaging."

"Have used for a long time for headaches and pain and it WAS the only thing that helped. Since the package change, it doesn't work as long or as well. Really hate the change, and miss the original dosage of medicine."
