"I am 60 years old and have been using goodys for at least 40 years, This new packaging you guys have developed is terrible Hard to get in and since I have chronic neck pain I cannot get the product out! So I am switching to something else unless you go back to the original packaging"

"I have been taking goody powders for little over 30 years because they're wonderful for getting rid of headaches and other pains. I absolutely hate the new packaging on the go it's so hard to get all of the powder out and sometimes it doesn't come all the way out like the other person said in Tennessee it's humid and that's where I'm at. Please go back to the fold over Packaging"

"Maybe the managers bought stock in Excedrin, that's the only reason I can see for such a universally hated change. It worked! I can just crush an excedrin when I get a headache, at least I'll get all I paid for - and not just wear it on my front"

"Forced to get what little product one can before tearing the package in tweezer fashion and having to hit somewhere around one’s mouth with the remainder. What an absolutely asinine idea. Not worth the effort anymore..."

"I have used goody's for years. They work great. But the new packaging stinks. I can't get all the powder out without pulling apart and licking it. The old packaging was much easier. PLEASE go back to the old packaging."

"Goody's is my go to for fast headache relief but the new sealed packets are terrible. There is nothing good about them. Goody's, please stop trying to solve a problem that isn't there. The folded paper is a perfect design. I'm sure it's even cheaper to make than the new sealed packs. The folded paper is much easier to dump into one location inside your mouth. These new sealed packets force you to shake and tap them to get the powder to fall out, which then gets all over the inside of your mouth and throat. Terrible idea! Everyone that I know hates these new packets too. Please go back to what has worked perfectly for the last 10+ years and leave it alone after that. There's no need to fix something that isn't broke. I would have gave a 10 star if it wasn't for the horrible new packets."

"I take these for Headache/Backache/Arthritis. I am so sad & upset over the new packaging - been using it for a couple of months now & I don’t like it one bit better now then I did when I tried the first one. The powder goes Everywhere! Takes 2-3-4 tries to get it all in to your mouth & then you have a shower of residue down the front of your shirt! Not only is it a colossal aggravation but you look like a moron trying to take one in public & forget it altogether while you’re driving! Just a small note of interest.....My Grandmother knew Doc Goody personally in Concord, NC. During the Depression, Doc Goody hired her and another local lady to work at his home in the evening - after their hosiery mill shift - to sit & fold & package Goody powders for sale. She always spoke fondly of him & he gave her 4 kids some free medical care too. If this was done due to some kind of a safety concern, can’t you change the OUTER packaging & leave the inside packaging alone?"

"Love 'em for my Lower back pain ! Fast and effective. Plus I like that it has caffeine in it for just a little extra pep at work. HOWEVER, I must echo the sentiments of many other posters on here: the Go-Packs are terrible!!! Sometimes I have to thump the pack really hard just to get all the medicine out. I prefer the simple, traditional wax envelopes MUCH, MUCH more!"

"The new packaging is a complete FAILURE! I have had to cut a small piece of paper to carry with the product. I have to pour the contents of the stupid tube in the paper with great effort to get it out into the paper to take in the way that has always worked. As a long time loyal customer I beg you to fix this!!"

"I take prescription meds for my chronic pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia and migraines but my Goody's powders help boost my relief quicker and really help in between meds. I hate to be negative but I really despise the new packaging!! Please give us the option of one or the other. The folded paper is much easier for me to use! I have a very hard time with new packaging."

"My husband, father in law, mom, sister, brother, aunt, and myself can not stand the new to go packs. You have to beat them down to the bottom. Then you have to keep flipping the pack to get the bottom powder out into your mouth. Then still get upset because you miss your mouth. Seriously do you use your product. How can you not see how horrific it is. Please change them back"

"I hate the new Goody package. I thought I was the only one that noticed that they don't taste the same. My neighbor take them as well so I gave them to him. He sent them back and said he didn't like them. I have found the 6pack and 2pack at the Kroger in Mississippi. PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE."

"I am so happy to see that I am not the only one who hates the new packaging. Not only is it a pain to get the powder out it's not the same amount of powder in the new packaging as the old. I compared the contents of both and we are being duped. If I find the old packages at the gas stations I buy every pack that's available. Very unhappy longtime customer!"

"As with most reviews I read, I am a loyal Goodys user for as long as I remember, lets just say 20++ years. I DO NOT like the new packaging, all of the medication does not come out you have to tap, wiggle and shake package and then you end up wearing part of it. I don't use them now half as much as I did, I have changed to Tylenol for the most part, you get a full dose with out the mess. Please change packaging back to the original."

"I have used Goody powders and BCs for over 30 years. The new stick packs are awful. They are hard to get the powder out of... always some left in package. Also there is not as much in the new package as in the old. Not sure who you think you are fooling."

"I hate the new packaging and they don't work as well as they use to and cost more then ever. I've taken Goody powders for probably close to 30 years and they have always worked great. I get better results now if I take BC powder and take a Tylenol with them. WHY CHANGE SOMETHING THAT WORKED SO WELL."

"Wow! So many people with the same complaint. I hope the company is listening. I actually sought out a review board because the new packaging is just so bad. I also tried emailing the company and got no reply. Definitely feels like you get less product and half of what you do gets stuck in the corners. I'm begging this company to go back to the old packaging."

"I do not like the new goody powder on the go pack . I can't get all the powder out of it unless I tear it down the side like taking the original goody powder. I also can't put the pack in my back pocket so anyway I have been taking goody powders for 28 years and now I have now swapped to take aspirin or tylenol"

"I've taken Goody's Powers and BC Powers off and on for decades. It really does work! It's bad for the stomach, but most all these medicines/drugs/prescriptions are bad for the stomach. It works quickly & affectively.Within 20 minutes or less you will feel the pain subside. I prefer it over the bottles of headache meds. It would be nice it it came in the form of tablets, capsules even gels. If wanting to try, just put the power on the back of your tongue and swallow with a glass of sweet tea or juice. It makes it bearable for those that don't like the taste or can't stand it. I usually drink water, but I'm accustomed to it. That reminds me there's Standback Powers also. Try not to take more than is actually needed... less is better."

"I do not like the new packaging for the orange goody powders. I feel we should get 50 in the box to go with the cheaper paper packaging . I understood why they charged the same amount for the better packaging but once they switched they needed to add the same amount in the box as the original goodies. Not fair!!!"

"Have been using Goody’s Extra Strength Headache Powders for over 20 years and it was always super effective. This new packaging stinks. Who on earth thought that this was a good idea? It is terrible. The product gets stuck in the bottom and along the sides of the packet and does not flow out completely. The old packet was more waxed and allowed a complete emptying on to the back of the throat which minimized bitterness. This is just plain dumb. This was not broken and didn’t need to be tampered with. Some millennial came up with this stupid idea that does nothing but make the experience worse! Return to the previous packets dummies!!!"
