"I have taken Goody powders regularly for headaches for at least 28 years and am very upset that the company has changed the packaging making it terribly difficult to open and to get the powder out, and that although they claim same formulation it is not The new formula is more flyaway and makes aspiration too easy. I will not continue to use this new formula."

"I pulled the website to provide feedback. My sentiments are the same, don't like the new package. More difficult to use, open. Contents spill everywhere. I am aware that money was invested in the new equipment but a mistake has been made. Goodys user for 40+ years."

"My husband is experiencing a psychological breakdown every time that he has to take a Goody's powder in its terrible new pouch packaging. All of the powder is impossible to come out and while trying to get it all out some of it gets inhaled right into his lungs. Please go back to the original packaging. Like others have already said before, If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

"I've used Goody's Powder for many many years to help with my menstrual cramps and they have always worked within a few minuets... now I when take one of the NEW POWDER POUCH (which I hate the design) it takes around two hours to kick in. So, I don't know if you changed the formula or you are putting less in that little pouch but I NEED YOU TO GO BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS! FYI.. it is not convenient but rather it annoying :("

"This new packaging was a terrible marketing plan. Did they even run tests with individuals to see if it was "easier" to take as they claim? Because it is most definitely not! Goody's read these posts! Cannot get the product out, if you can get most it is very messy, not as much powder . . . Luckily the little store in the college where I work has a box full of old ones. I think I am going to load up on those . . ."

"Totally agree. The new goodys packaging is a "headache." Tough to open and aim, makes a mess, tastes differently, less content, difficult to empty, and leaves you with two pieces of paper to throw away instead of one. Please bring back the original packaging."

"Have used product for 20/25 years love Goody’s and use daily. New on-the-go packs are terrible. Bought B/C but now they have on the go packs as well. Made in the same facility ??? Please bring back the waxed paper fold. Btw if you place powder under tongue u tase nothing. Goody’s, your spokesperson Richard Petty would not be happy with new pack. Please go back or offer both to consumers. Thank you."

"New packaging sucks!! Have carpal tunnel. 4 surgeries. Always relied on your product for relief. Now, have to find pair of scissors to open package. No more purchases from this fellow. Shame, love the stuff. Beats Tylenol and others. Called "disgruntled" because I worked for Feds for 30+ years. "disgruntled federal employee..." Retired... but still in pain."

"I have used Goody's for 20 years. The new packaging is awful. Powder gets stuck in the corners of the package. When you tear it open, then you are stuck with 2 pieces to throw away. I have been looking for other medicines to stop buying Goody's. Change it back."

"I've used Goody's for years for headaches, but since the package change (which I hate), they are NOT as effective as they were. If they do not go back to original packaging, will not be buying them anymore."

"I have taken goody powders for 20+ years I don’t like the new packaging at all. I have experienced the same issues as many others. Can not get it all out. I have decided to pour all of the new into packets into old envelopes and when those wear out I am going to make my own out of wax paper. Not sure why anyone thought this was a good idea."

"I've used Goody's headache powder 28 yrs now and love the powder but the new packaging is horrible. What does come out gets flipped all over my face & down my throat trying to get it out of the package. Please go back to original or find another method to make ALL of it easily slip out of the package and on to your tongue."

"I have taken Goody Powders for almost 35 years. It has always been effective and for the most part always worked. However, I, too, as others before me have voiced, absolutely HATE the new packaging. I can never get all the powder out and I too have compared the powder in the new pack to an original pack...and yes, the original pack contained a LOT more powder...so on top of the annoyance of trying to open the package, I feel like I am not getting my money's worth. Please consider going back to the original packaging. Thank you!"

"I have used goody's for over 30 years. Their effectiveness and ease of use has always been above average. I bought a 50 pack of Goodys. To my surprise there was new packaging on the powders. I thought it was awesome until I tried taking the goody's. The powder is hard to get out of the new tubes. It hangs in the bottom. Please consider changing it back to the folded over paper. Or come up with a way to get the powder to release more easily."

"Been taking Goody Powders for 30 plus years. Love it! Works great on my migraines. The new packaging (tube) sucks!!!! The product sticks in the bottom of the tube and if you keep trying to get it out the tube gets wet and then you end up throwing half of it away. Terrible idea to change the packaging. Will have to find another product now. Really bummed out."

"I HATE the new packaging! The texture of the powder is like finely ground glass. There is less powder in each packet; I have to take two. It takes too long to get the powder out of the packet; it doesn't slide out easily and it gets stuck on the side. By the time I get I finally get some of it out; I am in worse shape because of the struggle. This is my last time purchasing a "headache" for a headache!"

"I despise the new packaging! Please go back to the way it was! Simple and easier to take the medicine before, now you have to tap, shake and do whatever else to get all of the medicine out! I'm certain I have thrown away 10% of the medicine that's left in the new packaging because it won't come out, please return to the old packaging."

""Go take a powder." I heard this in movies and in the South. I found Goody's a couple years ago. Instant head and body ache relief. Loved the little gum wrapper doses. Then they changed to their new "On The Go Stick Packs"! What a worthless terrible inconvenient way to package such a great product. You tear one end and try to pour it in your mouth but most gets stuck in the back of the little plastic infused paper pouch. You must flick and jiggle the pouch spraying contents all over your face and clothes. I sent them an email and the response was pathetic. I have not bought any since. Excedrin is the same ingredients. Just chew them up so they work fast. Bye Bye Goody's."

"The new packaging is the most annoying thing ever and hope Goodies find the drop in sales as an indication they have to go back. I've used it for years always keeping a pack from a convenience store in my wallet as a backup and am now looking for a replacement. The power now gets everywhere and I had thought it was the loss of powder that stopped it from working as well but now wonder as others do about the change in the powder itself."

"I’m 68 and have osteoarthritis. I’ve been using Goody’s powders for a long time to relieve joint pain. Goody’s powders work. But I also hate the new packaging. The old folding packets were much easier to open and use. Please bring them back."

"I really like Goody powders but hate the new packaging... Its harder to swallow. Thinking of buying something different. Hate to change but don't like getting choked or not being able to get all the the powder because of packaging. You should really consider your consumers."

"The medicine itself is great. The sealed pouches can go straight to the bin!! Whoever decided to change the individual packets should not only be fired, but should also be put in prison for 9 days!!! Minimum!! Ok, 4 days. By the way, I'm switching to BC headache powders immediately and urge everyone on the planet to do the same and never ever ever use Goody's again. You should have changed the name to...Goody luck getting the powder out the packet, fool. STUPID!! QUALITY CONTROL, ANYONE??!!"

"I wouldn't even belabor (argue or discuss) the point of having to shake the packet, try to take the product, see that half of it is stuck in the bottom, shake packet again, tear the packet down the side to get to the rest of the product. IF the formula were the same and the product worked as it did previously it might be OK but it isn't and it doesn't. No, it isn't psychosomatic on my part. Goody's has been the go to pain reliever in my house for 20 years or more and I have simply stopped purchasing them. Please bring the original product back."

"Have used Goody Powders for ages. The new packaging is a disaster. You can't get all the powder out without cutting it open with a pair of scissors, and then it's a mess. Impossible. Please listen to your loyal customers and go back to the original packaging! If it's a matter of labelling the individual packaging, just print it on the old original packet."
